东海：鼎力大举提升企业自主立异能力

一是事情下沉，压实责任，班子向导带动，建设效劳小队，团结各州里、园区开展科技调研，深入相识县域产品开发、手艺水平、研发职员设置的立异能力基本情形。今年来，线上线下深入调研我县重点科技企业90余家。

二是有的放矢，有针对性地开展研发运动经费归集、辅助账建设、科研治理制度规范化等营业指导和“一对一”向导36次，开展研发运动建设专题指导聚会1次，有用帮扶相关科技型企业建设研发运动治理长效机制。

三是征集企业人才、手艺需求，并在此基础上对接“高匹配度”的高校院所，为双方产学研相助涤讪优异事情基础，起劲增进企业一直提升自主立异能力。
